The Gardner Denver ESM series offers class-leading efficiency in the range of 55 kW to 75 kW. Compressors equipped with GD6 and GD8 air ends provide the lowest lifetime cost and maximum reliability for critical industrial applications.
Guaranteed Performance and Innovative Solutions
New Air End: The new GD6 and GD8 air ends provide up to 6.8% efficiency increase and 6% higher air delivery thanks to the optimized, compact design.
Warranty: The air ends are covered by the free Protect 10 extended warranty for a period of 44,000 hours or 10 years.
GD Pilot TS: The innovative touchscreen control system ensures intuitive operation and continuous monitoring of operating status.
Service Management: Hinged and removable doors provide full access to all service points. Maintenance of the new fine separator has been simplified, requiring only an integrated seal.
Lubrication: The automatic motor lubrication system is standard, extending bearing life and being maintenance-free.
Environmentally Friendly System Options
Integrated Dryer: The new, modular Integrated Add-On Dryer uses environmentally friendly R513A refrigerant, which has minimal environmental impact. The dryer is also protected by the Protect 10 warranty.
Remote Monitoring: All models feature iConn Inside functionality, providing real-time, proactive system monitoring and predictive analysis for minimal downtime.
Heat Recovery: All models are available with an integrated heat recovery system, which can be installed at the factory or retrofitted.
