The Gardner Denver ESM series is well-known in the industry for its quality and reliability. These lubricated rotary screw compressors deliver peak performance and efficiency. The ESM series, with power ranging from 2.2 to 7.5 kW, guarantees a consistent, high-quality, and low-cost air supply for manufacturing, processing, and operating companies.
Engineering Excellence and Low Operating Costs
The screw compressor element is the heart of the compressor, which is why Gardner Denver designs and manufactures it in-house. The resulting reliability and performance ensure that operating costs remain low throughout the compressor’s entire lifespan.
Technology: CNC rotor grinding machines and laser technology are used for compressor element design.
Design: A minimal number of moving parts ensures robust operation capable of continuous duty.
Maintenance: The new enclosure allows for quick and easy maintenance, minimizing downtime.
Space-saving: The compressor’s minimal footprint is only 62 x 60 cm.
Smart Control and Flexible Systems
ESM compressors can be flexibly combined with various options, from standalone units to complete Airstations.
Control: The new C-Pro1.0+ controller is standard on all models. Integrated sequencer for easy control of 2 compressors. RS485 Modbus communication port. Automatic restart after power failure.
Configuration Options: Available as a base-mounted compressor, tank-mounted, or as a complete Airstation (compressor, dryer, tank).
Air Purity: The Airstation is equipped with a high-performance dryer, providing a +3°C pressure dew point.
Motor: Reliable electric motor (IP55 protection, F-class insulation, IE3 class). (The default pressure range is 10 bar.)
