The MDVS series is built around a screw unit entirely designed and manufactured by ROTAIR. The direct drive system (without gear multiplier) ensures increased durability, reduced noise levels, and fuel savings. This series offers ultra-quiet solutions for demanding industrial needs.

Design and Protection: Modern, sleek, and aggressive lines. The bodywork and chassis are electro-galvanized with an advanced painting process to guarantee excellent weather resistance.
Compact Weight: Compact dimensions for easy handling, and low weight compared to its compressor class.
Maintenance: Full accessibility for quick and easy maintenance and servicing. Filters are “spin-on” type for rapid replacement.
Control: Exclusive pneumatic control system automatically adjusts engine speed based on air demand, ensuring fuel savings and reliability.
Intelligent Start: The Start/Stop “INTELLIGENT SYSTEM” prevents incorrect procedures during operation.
Oil Separation: Oversized air/oil separator filter guarantees excellent separation.
Special Accessories and Performance
Aftercooling (Sandblasting mode): All MDVS models are available in an aftercooled version for sandblasting and other moisture-sensitive applications. This version provides cooler air and lower humidity.
Environmental Protection: The exclusive Bunded Chassis Adaptor device protects the compressor from accidental fluid spills onto the ground, where spill protection is mandatory.
Performance: The series meets high-capacity, high-pressure demands. For example, the MDVS 255 C model provides 25.3 m³/min (893 cfm) air delivery at 8 bar pressure.
Road Traffic: European homologation is available, with and without brakes.
Transport: Also available with a SKID ADAPTOR option.
