ESD Series: Revolutionary Energy Efficiency
The ESD (Energy Saving Dryers) refrigerated dryers represent the most innovative solution, particularly for applications with fluctuating or partial-load air demand.
Up to 90% savings: ESD dryers efficiently save energy across the load range from 0% to 100%. This is achieved through an innovative and patented three-circuit heat exchanger (refrigerant, glycol, compressed air).
Operating principle: When the stored cooling capacity exceeds the required level, the refrigeration compressor shuts off, and the thermal mass (glycol) acts as a “flywheel” to continue cooling.
DD and ED Series: Reliability and Serviceability
The DD and ED series are known for high quality and reliability. Every product is 100% tested before delivery.
Design and durability: The scroll compressors are made from corrosion-resistant materials and have few moving parts, which increases reliability. The new housing is easily removable for quick servicing.
Intelligent control: The control panel displays performance and faults (e.g., high/low dew point). The FAN CONTROL (OMI patent) regulates cooling performance.
Maintenance: The anti-freeze mode automatically shuts down the dryer, preventing icing. The innovative no-loss drain (smart drain) removes condensate from the system without air loss.
