Clean air is critical

OMI FILTERS: FILTRATION FOR MAXIMUM SERVICE LIFE

OMI filters (F, Alps, and F-HD series) offered by DENV-AIR Kft. are essential components of compressed air systems. Without effective filtration, industrial processes and equipment are subject to increased scrap rates, reduced quality, and additional maintenance costs. OMI filters ensure reliable performance and consistently high-quality air.

Exceptionally low pressure drop (Energy efficiency)
Long-life filter element
Clean air compliant with ISO 8573-1 standard
High mechanical resistance element (Steel mesh)
High-pressure (40 bar) and high-temperature (150°C) versions
Corrosion protection (Special external and internal coating)
Quick element replacement system (Simple and safe maintenance)
Dual pressure drop indicator (Shows filter saturation)
Industrial-grade brass float drain (optional)
Easy installation (Series connection, wall-mount option)

Filtration grades and quality classes

Every compressor system has unique requirements, which is why OMI offers multiple filtration grades:

QF (Pre-filter): Ideal initial protection for compressed air systems, removes solid particles larger than 1 micron, including emulsions and oil particles.

PF / HF (Coalescing): These filters remove solid and oil particles through collision, precipitation, and coalescence. The HF grade guarantees 0.01 micron particle content and 0.01 mg/m³ oil residue.

CF (Activated carbon filter): Attracts and retains oil vapors and odors remaining after oil removal through adsorption. This grade should be installed after a PF or HF filter.

Special applications and maintenance

The filters cover a wide flow range, with smaller models made of aluminum and larger ones of carbon steel.

HDP (High Pressure): For high-pressure applications, up to 40 bar. The HDP series is the only one where activated carbon filters (CF) are also available.

HDT (High Temperature): For high-temperature applications with inlet temperatures up to 150°C. Ideal as a post-filter after heat regenerative dryers.

Maintenance: The Alps series features easily replaceable filter elements with an ergonomic design. Standard versions include a manual drain, but automatic, timed, float, and magnetic drains are also available as options.
