The Gardner Denver ESM series in the 160 kW to 290 kW power range is designed for heavy industrial applications where reliability and performance are the most critical criteria. The goal is to provide manufacturing, processing, and operating companies with continuous, high-quality, and low-cost air supply.
Guaranteed Performance and Advanced Cooling
Premium Airend: The high-performance compression element operates at low speed, reducing energy costs. The airend is designed and manufactured in-house.
Advanced Cooling: Large aftercoolers are cooled by separate radial fans, ensuring optimal oil temperature and the lowest air discharge temperature. This extends component life and reduces downstream air treatment costs.
Filtration System: Two-stage filtration ensures the highest quality air. The air/oil separator filter is oversized.
Intelligence and Maintenance Solutions
Control: The GD Pilot TS innovative touchscreen control system continuously monitors operating parameters, ensuring reliable operation.
Remote Monitoring: The iConn Inside function is included as standard. This proactive, real-time monitoring service helps increase productivity and enables early detection of potential failures.
Reliable Pipe Connections: Robust hose and pipe connections with Viton victaulic couplings guarantee leak-free operation, maintaining compressor cleanliness.
Maintenance: Automatic motor lubrication ensures bearing lubrication supply, reducing motor lifetime costs.
Warranty: The airend is covered by the complimentary Protect 10 extended warranty, for up to 44,000 hours or 10 years.
