The final stop of our Latin American roadshow was Lima, the capital of Peru, where with the assistance of the Hungarian Embassy in Lima we had the opportunity to meet in person with numerous key professionals from the Peruvian compressor technology market in a single day.
For DENV-AIR, a Latin American presence is a long-term strategic direction. Building on our experience gained in the region, our goal is to enter new markets with our compressed air technologies, and for this, personal acquaintance with local industry players and potential partners is essential.
Lima – Final Stop of the Latin American Roadshow
The Hungarian Embassy in Lima hosted the central professional program of our Peruvian visit.
We extend special thanks to Ambassador Dr. András Beck and the economic affairs team for organizing the event, as well as for the professional networking that enabled us to meet with numerous professionals active in the Peruvian compressor and compressed air market in a short time.
Dr. András Beck has led the Hungarian diplomatic mission in Lima since April 2023. One of the embassy’s declared economic tasks is to support the entry of Hungarian products into the Peruvian market, connect potential business partners, and develop economic relations between the two countries. In practice, this has now delivered tangible results for us as well.
One Day – Numerous Professional Meetings
One of the greatest values of the Lima program was the concentrated B2B relationship building.
Building a new export market requires more than just a competitive product. One must understand the local industrial structure, user needs, sales and service characteristics, and find local professional partners who can represent the brand over the long term.
Personal professional relationships therefore play a key role in DENV-AIR’s international expansion.
In Lima, we were able to conduct an intensive series of professional consultations in a single day that under normal circumstances could require months of relationship-building work.
Why Is Peru Interesting for DENV-AIR?
Peru’s economy includes several sectors where industrial compressed air and compressor technology can represent fundamental infrastructure.
From DENV-AIR’s perspective, mining and mineral processing, manufacturing, food processing, construction, and other high compressed air demand applications may be particularly interesting.
This also connects well with our existing international experience. DENV-AIR’s product portfolio includes not only installed industrial screw compressors but also mobile compressors, air treatment systems, and complete compressed air solutions. We Do Not Simply Want to Export Compressors
One of the fundamental principles of DENV-AIR’s international strategy is that in a new market, selling equipment is not enough.
For industrial clients, proper system design, energy-efficient operation, parts supply, preventive maintenance, and adequate service support are equally important.
Building on our decades of compressor technology experience, we therefore seek local partnerships that can ensure appropriate technical support for DENV-AIR technologies over the long term. Latin America: The Next Chapter Continues
Lima was the final stop of our Latin American roadshow – but not the end of the story.
The purpose of the meetings was to establish professional and business relationships from which concrete collaborations, local partnerships, and DENV-AIR projects can develop in the coming period.
It is particularly valuable to us that we received the support of the Hungarian Embassy in Lima for this.
We thank Ambassador Dr. András Beck and the embassy’s economic affairs professionals for the professional organization, as well as our Peruvian professional partners for their openness and valuable consultations.
