30–40% energy savings, fewer shutdowns – and no decision required now
Energy consumption fell by nearly 35% at one of our manufacturing partners near Győr. We show you how.
Three o’clock in the morning, the production line is down because the compressor has stopped. At that moment the question is not what last year’s electricity bill was, but whom to call in and when production will restart.
Large industrial companies have known this for a long time: compressed air is not an overhead cost but a production risk. That is why they decide that air supply receives the same level of attention as the production line itself. We have worked with companies that think this way in recent years: MOL, Auchan, MVM, Mátrai Power Plant, Porsche, BMW, Citroën, and Knorr-Bremse have all been among our partners.
This matters to you because you can have the same solution they do. If a system proves itself where downtime is measured in minutes, it will not cause surprises in your facility either.
Why does the Red Line consume less? Because it has less work to do.
An old fixed-speed compressor runs at full speed all day, even when the facility needs only a fraction of the air. It blows off the difference, and you pay for it. The DENV-AIR Red Line solves this at three points:
- Variable speed control and permanent magnet motor. Produces exactly as much air as the facility is currently using.
- 100% direct drive. The motor and compression block form a single unit, with no belt or coupling. This reduces energy loss and the number of parts that can wear out.
- Low speed, steel piping. Quiet, vibration-free operation without rubber hoses, resulting in longer service life.

In practice
At one of our manufacturing partners near Győr, a Red Line replaced the old fixed-speed compressor. Energy consumption decreased by nearly 35%, and the system maintains stable pressure even under load fluctuations.
No decision required now. Just review the figures.
We know that no one replaces a working machine willingly, because replacement is also a risk. That is why the first step is not a quotation request but a complimentary savings calculation:
- send us your machine type and the operating hours shown on the controller, even with a photograph,
- we calculate from the actual load data how much you are losing annually in forints and how long it would take for a Red Line to pay back,
- and if replacement makes sense, we also handle commissioning and service from our Budapest and Győr facilities.
