ESP 90 – 110 – 132 Compressor Family

The GARDNER DENVER compressor range has been expanded with a new series. The new ESP fixed-speed screw compressors have been designed to meet the highest level of user expectations, featuring outstanding energy efficiency, quiet operation, reliability, and easy control. These are all compressor characteristics that satisfied users have come to expect.

CONTROL PANEL To facilitate ease of use, the control panel features a 4-line display. Two lines always show the current and most important parameters for the operator (pressure, temperature, operating hours, etc.), while the other two lines provide space for various messages, such as authorized service center information, warning messages, and part numbers for components requiring replacement during service. QUIETER THAN SILENCE In terms of design, Gardner Denver engineers have perfected the machine enclosure, eliminating the need for any additional components to achieve quiet operation. The standard ESP 90-110-132 screw compressors have noise levels between 73 and 76 dB(A), allowing conversation even next to the operating compressor. This enables the compressor to be installed close to the work area where compressed air is essential, thereby passively reducing installation costs, requiring a smaller piping network, and eliminating the need for a separate compressor room.
