In 2012, GARDNER DENVER, a global company, introduced the unique PROTECT5, a five-year extendable warranty. This provides our customers with the complete peace of mind that only a five-year factory warranty can offer, at no additional cost.

Our customers incur no fixed fees or complex framework agreements; they only need to adhere to the manufacturer’s prescribed maintenance schedule, for which GD provides a comprehensive maintenance list, including exact costs.

Within 90 days of commissioning, the compressor must be registered on the GD PROTECT5 website. This process initiates the special warranty period, which extends beyond the standard 24-month warranty, covering a total of 5 years.

We must complete the table in the warranty booklet provided with the machine, detailing the compressor’s specifications and operating conditions. Naturally, the user must ensure proper ventilation and operating conditions as prescribed.

During the five-year period, only genuine GD parts and oils may be used, and compressors may only be serviced by GD-authorized service centers.

The authorized service center must accurately record the compressor’s online service entries for the manufacturer, ensuring that the proper execution of maintenance can be monitored by the manufacturer.
