Design and construction: turnkey compressed air systems
The foundation of an efficient industrial compressed air system is professional design and precise construction. Denv-Air Kft. provides comprehensive services from initial concept to turnkey delivery, guaranteeing legal compliance and optimal energy efficiency.
Design process
Professional design and permit documentation
During system installation, compliance with regulations and permits is essential, which requires official plans.
Free professional consultation: Regarding the placement of new compressors and auxiliary equipment, we naturally provide professional advice free of charge.
Official design: If requested, we can arrange the preparation of the necessary official plans and even design the complete air network with our qualified design engineer. The design engineer prepares the documentation required for permitting.
Heightened attention to safety: It is important to note that increasingly strict regulations apply to the placement of pressure vessels, so particular attention must be paid to this.
The advantage of turnkey construction
Since our company provides comprehensive services to our clients, we can handle not only the design but also the construction. Upon request, we manage the construction of the complete air network and compressor house with our professional subcontractor, with whom we have completed numerous similar projects.
Your advantage: You receive a turnkey compressor house that only needs to be operated. We handle the complete project management, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards.
FAQ - about design / construction services
Creating a new compressed air system is a complex task that requires official plans and strict legal compliance. We have compiled the most important questions regarding the entire process leading to turnkey compressor house delivery, design engineering work, free professional consultation, and regulations concerning pressure vessel placement.
The central regulation is Government Decree 213/2019. (VIII. 27.), which concerns the technical-safety authority supervision of pressure equipment and pressure installations. This determines which equipment falls under the scope of the decree (generally systems exceeding 0.5 bar pressure).
The safety requirements for the design, manufacture, and placing on the market of equipment, as well as conformity certification (transposition of the EU PED Directive), are contained in NGM Decree 44/2016. (XI. 28.). This forms the basis for classifying compressors, vessels, and systems into hazard categories (Categories I-IV).
Government Decree 213/2019. stipulates that the installation of stationary pressure equipment and installations requires an installation permit. Obtaining this is the operator's responsibility, but Denv-Air assists in this process by preparing the documentation required for permitting.
The design of pressure systems may only be carried out by designers with design authorization determined by the professional chamber based on applicable legislation. The designer is responsible for, among other things, compliance with construction, fire protection, occupational safety, and technical-safety requirements.
Government Decree 213/2019. regulates that during the lifetime of pressure equipment and installations, the Authority conducts periodic inspections either ex officio or at the operator's request. These are required during the operational phase, but the design must already support this cycle.
During the construction of pipelines and the complete air network, in addition to the aforementioned regulations (particularly NGM Decree 44/2016.), the provisions of the Technical-Safety Regulations, as well as building services and occupational safety legislation (e.g., Act XCIII of 1993) must be fully observed.
